5 fish limit, 15 inches or longer 100% payout Payout 1st place, big fish and side pot, 20 boat pays out 2nd and so on.

In its 15th year, the Marbury Bass Classic is hosted by the Alabama Bass Federation, and benefits Marbury HS Baseball. It has grown into one of the most popular amateur bass tournaments in Alabama each year. Each angler gets a tournament shirt, a meal at weigh in, and a great chance to win an awesome door prize. $100 entry and $10 big fish.

3 Tournaments on same day ( 22nd Aug)Target Species: Black Bass
First day fishing out of Fleet Harbor and we'll start at midnight and all boaters must be inside the buoys of the harbor by 5am. Five fish limit, 15 in for both largemouth and smallmouth. Second day, the field will be reduced to the top 40 boaters or percentage equivalent. the second day will launch out of safety harbor and will be a split fishing day. 11:00 a.m. launch till 2:00 p.m. and we'll have a weigh in and we'll be a three fish limit 15 in on both largemouth and smallmouth. Then second part will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and we'll also be a 3 fish limit. 15 in on both largemouth and smallmouth. The top 20 boaters or percentage equivalent will advance to the final day which will launch at first light at McFarland and end at 3:00 p.m. 15 inch limit on both largemouth and smallmouth. 


Every boat when register will have a number of signed in which will indicate the order you are going to launch off each day $250 entry fee plus $50 for big largemouth and $50 for big small mouth added on to the entry fee which is optional and can do either or or neither. Big smallmouth and largemouth will be decided on the final day in which only those who advance are eligible.
